HIPAA-Compliant Virtual Visits

We offer secure HIPAA-compliant virtual visits (audio/video) and secure messaging with Dr. Lynn Allison for her established patients. She offers these visits for a limited number of medical conditions. Please call our office to see if your current medical need qualifies for a telehealth appointment (see more information below). Getting Started

  1. Pull up a web browser (safari, chrome, etc).
  2. Type in the link below (or click here) https://doxy.me/bransonclinic
  3. Type in the patient name (whoever the Dr is seeing).
  4. Click/select "Give access to camera and mic".
  5. Select "Allow" two times (once each for the camera and mic).
  6. You are now ready for the visit (in the waiting room) and the Dr will join you at your scheduled appointment time or as soon as possible.

Payment Options

  • For regular insurance, the patient portion owed is typically just your normal office copay.
  • We will bill your insurance and you are only responsible for your copay.
  • For cash patients, fees will be due at the time of service. 

Scheduling Guidelines

  • Dr. Allison provides virtual visits for her established patients only. 
  • She only treats a limited number of medical conditions through this type of visit. Speak with our office to determine whether or not your concern will qualify.
  • These visits have to be scheduled with Dr. Allison’s office and will take place during normal office hours at this time.
